In this survey, we are trying to understand:

• Users experience with Google Maps
• Users trust in Google Map’s public transit results

Public Transit in Google Maps

This survey has 10 questions will take about 5 minutes.

The purpose of this survey is to investigate 1) How users currently use public transit features in navigation apps, 2) Current and near-future deployment of AI in navigation apps.

This is a personal study to critique and redesign maps for personal development and showcase on my portfolio. Your answers will not be shared outside of the scope of this study, and all published insights will be anonymized.
